  • olive oil
  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pinch of cumin
  • 1 C salsa
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375
Heat oil in skillet to medium
Rub chicken with spices.
Place in hot skillet. Cook until brown on both sides and no longer pink.
Transfer to a baking dish, top with salsa and cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly and starts to brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
