Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- 1/3 cup baking soda
- 5 cups boiling water
- 1 egg , beaten
- coarse salt or cinnamon and sugar

Step 1
Roll cherry size pieces of dough into balls. Drop balls in small pot filled with baking soda. Cook one minute or until slightly puffed. With slotted spoon, remove balls and place on paper towel; transfer to parchment paper lined baking sheets, spaced 1-1/2 inches apart. Brush dough with beaten egg; sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Option: coat with cinnamon and sugar.
