Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 1 Scallion, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped red grapes
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- slat and pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 boston or iceberg lettuce leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken, then dice and set aside.
While chicken is cooking chop celery and scallion.
Place all ingredients together except lettuce. Toss with olive oil. Then place mixture on your bed of lettuce. Enjoy!
