Ingredients
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp fresh minced ginger
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 1 lb pork tenderloins
- Sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 teaspoon siracha
- 1 tbsp cilantro minced
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine garlic, cinnamon, ginger, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
2. Rub mixture over tenderloins, cover and marinate for at least 2 hrs
3. Preheat smoker to 225. Place tenderloins in smoker on middle rack and smoke for 1 hour or until internal temp is 160
4. For the sauce, combine garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, Asian hot sauce, cilantro, ginger, peanut butter, oj, and brown sugar, simmer for 5 minutes or until thicken. Drizzle over tenderloin slices
