Pork Chops with Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 onion, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl, mix fresh minced garlic, dressing and soy sauce.

Brown butterfly chops in olive oil for a few minutes.

Slice onion and layer the slices in the bottom of glass pan. Place chops on top of the onions and pour sauce over them.

Cook in the oven at 375 for about half an hour.
