Chocolate Hard Shell
This Chocolate Hard Shell recipe calls for only two ingredients and will harden as soon as it hits your favorite frozen treat. Stores well up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Enjoy!
- 3 cups (8.5-ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup coconut oil

In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil, and place over low heat. Cook, stirring with a rubber spatula, until the chocolate is just melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
Drizzle over ice cream or another frozen treat, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
