Canadian "cheese" squares

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb velveeta
  • 1/2 c butter or marg
  • 1 c and 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c orange marmalade

Preparation

Step 1

1. cream cheese and butter
2. add flour
3. press 1/2 mixture into an 8x8 square pan
4. bake at 325for 12-15 minutes or until very light brown
5. cool slightly then spread with orange marmalade and add remaining cheese mixture
6. bake until light brown
7. cut into squares
