Ingredients
- 1 package (6oz) stovetop cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 1-2lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 in pieces
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, set aside.
2. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in 9x13 in baking dish; top with stuffing.
3. Bake 30 min or until chicken in cooked through
