Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 c. flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- Cream cheese layer:
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 12 oz. cool whip
- Chocolate pudding layer:
- 2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine and pat into bottom of 9 x 13 greased glass baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes. Let cool.
Then combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 6 oz. of the Cool Whip and apread over cooled crust.
Mix chocolate pudding with the milk until thick. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate
