Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg (3oz) ramen noodles
- 2 C water
- 2 C frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, cook beef until no longer pink; drain.
Add noodles with contents of seasoning packet & water.
Bring to a boil; cook for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Add the vegetables & cook until tender, about 3 minutes.
