Ingredients
- 2 slices fake bacon
- 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
- 2 cups thwed frozen pearl onions
- 2 cups thawed frozen or fresh peas
- 1-2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Break into pieces and reserve. Add oil to skillet. Add pearl onions and cook, stirring, until golden, about 7 minutes. Add peas and reserved bacon. Cook, stirring, until peas are tender and heat through, about 2-6 minutes. Stir in dill, if using and season.
