- Almond Flour

- Pepper
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 2 t EVOO
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- capers drained
- Parsley

Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
Heat oil in skillet. When hot . . .
Dredge cutlets in flour mixture. Add to hot skillet. Cook 4 min. Flip and cook 5 more minutes. Remove and cover.
Add lemon juice to deglaze pan. Add chicken broth, zest, and capers. Add cutlets with juices back to pan. Cook til cutlets are cooked through a few minutes. Add parsley.
Serve over rice with broccoli or a salad.
