Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 an onion (chopped)
  • 1 can corn (undrained)
  • 3 cans of beans (undrained)*
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 can Rotel (pureed)
  • 1 pkt taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkt ranch dressing
  • 2 c water
  • Fritos (if desired)

Preparation

Step 1

1. brown the onion and ground beef in skillet. drain

2. puree the Rotel

3. dump everything (except Fritos) into crockpot and cook either on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.

*you can use 1 kind of beans or different kinds
