Fabulous Fudge

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 c sugar
• 3/4 c PET milk (condensed/ evap)
• 16 large marshmallows or 1 c marshmallow cream
• 1/4 c butter
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 c chocolate chips
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. mix sugar, milk, marshmallows, butter and salt in a heavy 2 qt sauce pan

2. cook, stirring constantly, cook over med. heat until mixture bubbles

3. cook for 5 minutes more

4. stir in chocolate chips until completely melted

5. add 1 tsp vanilla

6. spread into 8x8 pan

7. cool and cut
