Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c salsa
- 1/2 c milk
- 8 corn tortillas (cut into 1 in pieces)
- bag of frozen corn
- 1 c shredded Fiesta blend cheese (or cheddar)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. stir the soup, salsa, milk, chicken, tortillas, 1/2 THE CHEESE and corn in a 2 qt shallow baking dish (8x8)
3. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
4. removed foil and cover with remaining cheese
5. place back in oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese
