Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients

• 4 squares unsweetened chocolate or 4 oz.
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 cups icing sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup hot milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

In top of double boiler over hot water,melt together chocolate and butter. Remove from heat. Add icing sugar,salt,milk and vanilla,mix well
Fold in marshmallows and nuts.
Spread mixture in 9 x5 loaf pan that has been lined with waxed paper.. Chill until firm.
