Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups mashed ripe bananas about 3
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Naturegg Omega 3 egg beaten
- 1/3 cup splenda low calorie sweetener
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp realemon lemon juice
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Fry's cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 banana chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Line muffin pans with paper baking cups. Mash bananas well and blend with milk,egg,splenda,butter,vanilla and lemon juice.
Stir the whole wheat flour with all-purpose flour,cocoa,baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the banana mixture. Stir just until combined.
Divide the batter between the cups,filling two-thirds full. Place a banana chip on top of each muffin. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the tops spring back when touched gently. Makes 12 muffins.
