Chicken tortilla soup

Ingredients

  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 2 cans corn (undrained)
  • 1 can Rotel (original)
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 chicken bullion cube
  • 8 oz velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c chopped cooked, chicken

Preparation

Step 1

1. cook chicken and cut up
2. place all ingredients, except cheese in soup pot
3. when mixture is hot add the cheese (cut into cubes)
4. stir unl the cheese melts
