Stuffed Peppers- Turkey

  • 1 lb turkey meat
  • 1 can of peas
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • Mozzarella cheese or cheddar
  • 4 red peppers



Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Cook rice, cook turkey.
3. Add peas cooked rice and tomato sauce to meat . Add red pepper flakes and oregano
4. Place cut peppers on foil lined sheet and spray sheet with cooking spray
Add meat to peppers and put cheese on top. Cook for 10-15 minutes
