Simple Baked Fish in Foil

Ingredients

• 2 fish fillets (haddock)
• 1/3 onion sliced
• 1/2 tablespoon butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning ( or your favorite fish seasoning)
• 4 lemon slices ( optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Place sliced onions on aluminum foil, place fish on top, drizzle with oil and top with butter, sprinkle with seasoning add lemon slices if using.
Wrap tightly, bake or grill at 350 for 20 minutes

NOTE: For my fish ( Karen ) I have used garlic infused olive oil and sprinkled with Rada Garlic Citrus Pepper Seasoning and baked as above.
