Baked Rice

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 tbsp. onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 cups boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients in a deep 5 by 7 deep pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
