Granny's Shrimp Salad Mold

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. gelatin
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can shrimp
  • 1 pint small curd cottage cheese with chives
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 Tbs. parsley
  • sale and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Soak gelatin in water for 5 minutes, then dissolve over boiling water. Add wine, milk and mayonnaise, beat until well blended. Chill until slightly thickened. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into mold. Refrigerate. Garnish with green olives.
