Ingredients

  • 8 ounce semisweet chocolate, chopped (50 to 65% cacao)
  • 1/4 cup refined coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a microwave safe bowl, combine chopped chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted, stirring in between.
Cool completely before using. If necessary, reheat 10 to 20 seconds to remelt to poring consistency. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 2 weeks.
