Crockpot Pork Chop Supper

A yummy make ahead pork chop recipe for those days when time is running short. Simply make it ahead, freeze it, let it thaw in the fridge overnight and pop it in the slow cooker. Dinner will be ready to go when you get home!

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh carrots
- 4 to 6 thick cut boneless pork chops (2 pounds)
- 1 pound fresh sweet potatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried Adobe spice hound seasoning (blend of garlic, onion, oregano, cumin, black pepper)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and Pepper, optional

Preparation
Step 1
In a freezer safe bag add all ingredients except for chicken broth and freeze.
When ready to prepare, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
Add to slow cooker with chicken broth and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Add salt and pepper if desired.
