Ingredients

  • 5 - 6 Peeled, cored and thinly sliced apples
  • 3/4 cup Quick cooking rolled oats (1 min.)
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • Lemon juice (to sprinkle over apples after cut)

Step 1

Arrange apples in greased flat 8 1/2 inch round pan. Combine oats, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter and sugar and sprinkle this over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with heavy cream, whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
