    Lb of Prosciutto, chopped fine

    Medium – Large white onion

  • 1

    Head of Garlic

  • Fresh Parsley

  • 1

    Pint to one quart of heavy cream

  • Vodka to taste ½

  • 5

    cans of crushed tomatoes

  • 1

    can of whole or plum tomatoes


Pot 1 don’t cover 1. Saute onion and garlic 2. Add crushed and plum tomatoes 3. Fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste 4. Simmer and then crush the tomatoes with 5. Wooden spoon. Simmer more Pot 2 don’t cover 1. Sauté prosciutto in butter, add vodka and let simmer and reduce flame by half. 2. Add heavy cream and simmer. Stir to distribute prosciutto, butter and cream. Combine Add red sauce to cream sauce until the color is pink and let simmer so the consistency is a bit thick. Cook for approx. 15 min
