Ingredients

  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1/4 c white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp dried parcel flakes
  • 1/8 tsp dried whole oregano
  • 1/8 tsp dried whole basil
  • 1/8 tsp dried whole marjoram
  • 1 (14 0z.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 8 ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously.
Place artichokes in single layer in a shallow dish.
Drizzle marinade over artichokes.
Cover and chill at least 8 hours
Drain before serving
Yield: 12 appetizer servings
