Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut butter cookies are a classic! This recipe using a cake mix just makes them easier to make.

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients until blended.

Place spoonfuls of dough on a cookie sheet.

Use fork to flatten dough in an x pattern.

Bake cookies for 10 minutes at 350°F.
