Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 small lime jello
- 3/4 C water
- 1/3 C vegetable oil
- 1/3 c key lime juice
- 3 eggs
- Glaze
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 T key lime juice

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except glaze. Divide among mini cupcake liners. Bake @ 325 for 15 minutes. (if you use regular cupcake size, follow time and temp directionos on cake mix)
Mix together glaze ingredients and spoon over cupcakes.
Optional frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 C butter, 2 C powdered sugar, 1 1/2 C finely crushed graham crackers.
