Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces precooked boneless skinless chicken - chopped
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans black olives
  • 32 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Mix all above ingredients together
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 3 cans enchilada sauce
  • 24 flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Pour 2 can enchilada sauce in pan

Slightly brown tortillas in pan with butter

Prepare tortillas with filling place in pan

Pour remaining sauce on with cheese & olives

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes
