Ingredients
- 4 to 6 bell peppers
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 medium Red onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- shredded cheddar jack cheese
- San antonio Rice from aroma with cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
start san antonio rice in rice cooker and let cook.
dice onion place in frying pan along with minced garlic and ground beef, sauté till brown,
prepare bell peppers, cut off tops, clean and cut in half height wise, lay on side, in 9 by 13 or larger baking pan or dish.
when ready, mix beef mixture and rice together and stuff in pepper half's
cover with cheese,
add some water in bottom of tray, no more then 8 ounce. bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
