- 3/4 c. (3 oz) Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese (4 1/2)
- 1/2 c. Parkay margarine (3/4)
- 1/2 c. Milk (3/4)
- 8 oz Fettuccini, cooked, drained (12)
- Shrimp (1 lb.)

Step 1
1. In large saucepan, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, margarine and milk
2. Stir over low heat until smooth.
3. Add fettuccini; toss lightly
