Chicken-Corn Tortilla Soup

  • 1 lg. onion: saute in butter
  • 10 c McKays GW broth (or chicken broth)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (10-15 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp chile powder
  • dash of salt (SEASON TO TASTE)



Step 1

Simmer, Do Not Boil, until ready to serve.
Place white corn tortilla chips in bowl
Ladle soup over chips. Add grated Monterey Jack cheese, chopped red onions chopped green onions and dash of pepper on top

Serves 6-8
