Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into small cubes
  • 1 lb. Tubettiini, Ditalini, Radiatore, Pennette or other small pasta
  • 2 (26 oz) jars tomato, basil pasta sauce
  • 12-16 medium california ripe olives, coarsely chopped
  • 1-8 oz packages of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Add water and garlic to pasta pro set on a high flame and bring to a boil. Add past and chicken cubes to pasta pro and cook until pasta is done to your taste. Chicken will cook with the pasta. Garlic does not have to be removed

Place lid on pasta pro and turn to lock lid onto pot. Drain pasta remove lid place back on heat immediately. Mix in 1-1/2 jars of pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese. Serve in bowls with generous amounts of Romano cheese and extra sauce.

This recipe can be halved.

Variations
2 jars of alfredo sauce in place of basil tomato pasta sauce
4 cups chopped fresh plum tomatoes in place of basil tomato pasta sauce
