Carla's Spicy Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb. each Bob Evans Italian and Hot&Zesty sausage rolls
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup plain bread crumbs
• 1 cup diced red pepper
• 1 cup diced pepperoni
• 2/3 cup diced celery
• 1/2 cup scallions (greens only)
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 2-3 Tbsp hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and roll into small balls.

Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes
