Ingredients
- Sponge
- 3/4 C Bread flour
- 1/2 C warm water
- 1 tsp dry active yeast
- Bread
- 1 1/3 C warm water
- 1/2 cake yeast
- 4 C bread flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 Tblsp milk
- 1 1/2 Tblsp olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sponge,water,yeast,4 C flour in mixing bowl for 6 min.Cover and let rest 20 min.Add salt and mix. Slowly add milk, oil. Beat until glutin forms.About 10 min. Let rise in oiled bowl until double. Lightly shape into ball and place in oven proof bowl. Let rise again. Place in 450 degree preheated oven in bowl. Spray sides of oven 3 times in 10 min with water in sprayer. Turn down heat to 400. Bake about 35 to 40 mins until golden brown. Cool on rack.
