Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 4 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon cider or white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 (5 ounce ) chops about 1 inch thick

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine ingredients and then transfer the marinade to a bowl. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
2. Spray broiler rack with nonstick spray
3. Broil 5 inches from heat, about 6 minutes on both side
