Ingredients
- 1/3 Butter or Margarine
- 1/3 C. Baking Cocoa
- 1 1/2 t. Vanilla
- 2 C. Confectioners Sugar (also called Powdered Sugar)
- 2 T. Milk

Step 1
1. In a medium saucepan, melt Butter over low heat (or in the microwave) in a one quart dish). Remove melted Butter from heat, add Cocoa, and stir until well blended. Add Vanilla.
2. Beat in Confectioners' Sugar and Milk until smooth and of spreading consistency. Add additional Milk if necessary. Makes enough to fill and frost two 8 or 9 inch layers or one 13 x 9" cake.
