Crock Pot Round Steak

Ingredients

• 3 lb round steak
• 2 teas. salt
• 1/4 teas. pepper
• 2 med onions, sliced 1/2 thick
• 1 lb can of tomatoes undrained.

Preparation

Step 1

Cut meat into serving size pieces.
Place in bottom of crock pot.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Arrange slices on onion over meat.
Top with tomatoes.
Cover
Cook on slow setting 9 to 12 hours or high setting 5 to 6 hours.
