  • 1 lb. jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons real mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Olive oil.



Step 1

In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
Fold gently - do not mash crab meat
Shape into patties - desired size.
Saute in olive oil until browned on both sides.

Finish in oven @ 350 until warm in the middle (20 to 30 minutes) varies based on size.
