Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 tenderloin
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cube frozen crushed garlic or similar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and marinate tenderloin at least overnight.
Bring meat to room temperature- very important. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Put roast in the oven for 20 minutes. TURN OFF THE OVEN, BUT DON'T OPEN THE DOOR. Leave in the turned off oven for 15 minutes.
