***SUGAR DRESS***

Edible lace for wedding cookies and cakes.

Ingredients

• 9 tsp. Water (11 on package directions)
• 4 TBS SUGAR DRESS POWDER
• ..............................................................
• I /4tsp. Glycerin (1 TBS on pks direcions)
• Glycerin keeps the Sugar Dress from drying out.

Preparation

Step 1

Measure and mix water and powder.
Stir well without whipping air into the mix.

Best if the mixture sits overnight at this point.

Smooth over the sicacone mold
oven 170*
10 min
Coat again with sugar dress and bake 10min or
leave in oven overnight with light on will be enough warmth to dry and pull out of the form next morning.
