Fish in Foil

Ingredients

• 2 fish fillets
• onion sliced
• 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon butter, softened
• green pepper sliced
• old bay seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Place fish on foil, top with onions, peppers, olive oil, butter and old bay seasoning.
Bake or grill at 350 for 20 minutes

NOTE: On my fish ( Karen ) I have used garlic infused olive oil and sprinkled with Rada Garlic Citrus Pepper Seasoning and baked as above
