Chimichangas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey breast (uncooked)
  • 16 ozs refried beans (canned fat-free)
  • 1 3/4 cups salsa
  • 4 1/2 ozs green chilies (canned, mild, drained and diced)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsps scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup reduced fat monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 8 flour tortillas (large burrito-size wheat)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook meat, drain liquid, add all other ingredients for 5 min.
3. Wrap tortillas in foil and warm for 10 min
4. Add meat to tortillas and put them in dish seam side down. Bake for about 20 min
