  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parm cheese
  • 2 Containers Ricotta Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 lbs Ground beef for meat sauce
  • 4 Eggs, 2 Eggplant

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Need 12 slices of eggplant
3. Egg and bread eggplant, cook for 15 minutes or until brown
4. Brown meat and add tomato sauce and Ricotta Cheese
5. Coat bottom of pan with tomato sauce,
6. Layer eggplant with meat sauce and top with mozzarella. Don't make sandwiches
7.Bake for 30
