Ingredients

• 10 small Vidalia onions
• 10 cloves of garlic
• Big package of ground sirloin
• 5 big cans of whole tomatoes
• Dried oregano Fresh basil Red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Chop onions and sweat in pot with olive oil add salt.
2. Add Garlic when translucent.
3. Brown Sirloin in separate pan and then add to pot.
4. Add tomatoes and crush in pot. Add spices.

Dry spice goes in at the beginning fresh at the end
