Ingredients

  • 1 c flour
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbls. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In medium saucepan add dry ingredients then the eggs,ricotta and vanilla. Stir together on low heat till combined. Dough will be sticky. Then drop by spoonfuls onto got oil and deep fry till golden. Remove and add powdered sugar.
