- Baking Powder 3 teaspoon
- Kosher Salt 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Nuetural Oil 9 oz
- Egg Whites 157.5g
- Vanilla Extract 3 teaspoon (clear if possible )
- Whole Milk 549 g
Preparation
Step 1
Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 * F
then Mix all dry ingredients and sift into a mixing bowl of your mixer
Step 2 With paddle attachment mix on low while you prepare the wet ingredients
Step 3 Combine all the wet ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until combine and set aside
Step 4 Slowly add wet ingredients to dry while mixing on low
Step 5 Once all wet ingredients are added stop mixing and scrap the bowl to ensure all is mix
Step 6 Continue to mix on low until mixture is well combine
Step 7 Pour batter into a parchment lined 10 x 13 square pan
Step 8 lift pan a few inches from the counter and let fall to get the air bubbles out
Step 9 Bake in 350 * F oven for 55 min or until a toothpick comes out dry when inserted
into cake to check for doneness.
