Baked German Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1/4 c butter
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 c flour
• 1/2 c milk
• 1/2 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter into 9x9 glass pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. DO NOT PEEK. Serve immediately with applesauce, sour cream and/or syrup.
