Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter (1 c)
- 2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 3 c flour
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 2 c mashed bananas
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 c sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and blend in. Fold in mashed bananas, nuts and sour cream. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let cool 20 minutes before taking out of pan.
